We are looking for a Field Technician (Installer) to deliver high-quality fiber installations for residential and business customers. We are looking for a Sales Leader to build, manage, and grow our sales team as we rapidly expand fiber internet across Southeastern Wisconsin. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on recruiting, training, coaching, and driving performance in the field. You’ll work directly with sales reps to help them succeed while building the systems and structure needed to scale a high-performing team.

You’ll oversee day-to-day sales operations, track team performance, coordinate territory launches, and help turn new fiber construction into customer growth. We are growing and building the infrastructure that powers high-speed internet across local communities. As a Utility Locator, you’ll help protect that network by accurately marking underground fiber before any digging begins- preventing damage, outages, and safety risks. It’s a hands-on, outdoor role where attention to detail really matters.

You’ll work independently across job sites while coordinating with crews, contractors, and dispatch to keep projects moving safely and on time.
